Our Practice Areas
Trademark Registration
A trademark is registered in India for duration of 10 years from the date of application. Once the application is filed and payment process is done.
Trademark Opposition
The related person/company to that trademark can file notice of opposition against the trademark with a period of four months from the published date.
Trademark Classification
Trademark application can be filed in more than one class. Trademark class is distinguished into a set of Goods and Services.
